Situation

Microbyte, a managed service provider, needed to simplify the explanation of their complex managed services offerings for clients. Specifically, they wanted to help clients better understand what happens when they contact the IT helpdesk and the behind-the-scenes processes that ensure smooth service delivery. The challenge was to communicate this information in an engaging and easy-to-understand format.

Solution

I produced a series of whiteboard animation videos that broke down the processes involved in managed services.

This included:


• Scriptwriting: Developed clear and concise scripts that explained what happens when clients engage Microbyte’s IT helpdesk, detailing the steps behind the scenes in a straightforward, approachable manner.

• Animation: Created visual whiteboard animations that illustrated these processes, helping clients see the value of the services provided and making the technical aspects more relatable.

• Voiceover: Led the voiceover production, ensuring a professional yet friendly tone that aligned with Microbyte’s brand.


The animation series effectively communicated the inner workings of the IT helpdesk and managed services, making it easier for clients to understand the full scope of support they receive. This improved client engagement and trust, with clients gaining a clearer picture of the processes behind their service requests.
