Situation
Microbyte, a rapidly growing IT company, needed a new recruits' guide that would help them understand and uphold the company’s culture and values. They wanted to avoid a generic document filled with clichés and instead sought a genuine reflection of what made their company unique.
Solution
I conducted an initial ideation session with Microbyte’s senior management team to deeply understand their culture, values, and unique identity before developing a culture and values document that authentically captured Microbyte’s distinctive style and tone of voice. The document was designed to resonate with new recruits and clearly convey what set the company apart from others.
The resulting document effectively communicated Microbyte’s unique identity and values, providing new recruits with a clear understanding of the company’s culture and helping them align with its core principles.
