Situation
Revoluton, a Luton-based community interest company (CIC), aimed to capitalise on the growing demand for virtual events to upskill young people in digital event services. They required comprehensive web content to attract customers, and impact reports to highlight their community-focused initiatives, support their fundraising efforts, and showcase the benefits of their services.
Solution
The work comprised:
• Web Content Development: Produced over 10,000 words of web copy and blog content to promote Revoluton’s virtual events management service. The content was designed to convey the company's commitment to community engagement and youth development, focusing on how their services not only met market demands but also empowered young people with valuable digital event skills.
• Impact Reports and Case Studies: Interviewed young trainees and service providers to deliver detailed case studies and impact reports that documented the success of Revoluton’s lockdown virtual events programme in 2020. These reports highlighted how the programme’s skills training and workshops contributed to the career development and confidence of young people, thus supporting their fundraising applications.
The content and reports effectively showcased Revoluton’s mission and impact, facilitating their fundraising efforts and emphasising the positive outcomes of their virtual events programme. The strategic content approach helped elevate Revoluton’s profile, underscoring their role in both the virtual events industry and community support.
