IT CHANGE COMMS
Unilever's Tech 2.0 project saw them shake up their internal IT systems. They needed internal communications that informed, motivated and guided staff about future changes.
We used their internal platforms to communicate through curated content, interviews with external business gurus, training guides and email newsletters from C-Suite executives and SVPs.
Key to this project was getting clear on stakeholder needs and concerns, and the tone of voice and personalities of C-Suite execs. Comms were more human and creative to ensure staff at every level understood the benefits of best practices and felt empowered to make changes.
